Can BAS' African militia units, or anyone really, be made to fire RPG's at air targets Black Hawk Down style? And if so, how?

Also I want to know how you can create a "bullet eye view". I.E. say the RPG is fired, we follow the RPG all the way up and into hovering helicopter. Possible?

Bullet's eye view:   I think you grab the missile as it leaves the launcher with nearestObject.     Once you have the missile you can easily create a looping camera script to keep the camera behind it or whereever you like.    Never done it myself, so don't quote me.
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play
