Nameing parts for soldier

i am making a soldier in oxygen and i dont know what to call the arms and legs and other stuff maybe someone could tell me or point me to a tutorial or somthing

You can help yourself by opening the soldier .p3ds from the original
demo. They are MLOD, so O2 can open them. All the info you need
is right there.
