Missing CLIPBOARD
« on: 08 Oct 2003, 19:08:29 »
I am new to camera scripting so I went and got a nice tutorial  on camera scripting.

In the tutorial it said to enter into your player this exec "camera.sqs" for the in game camera editor. Then it said hit the control button on the keyboard to copy the camera coordinates. Then the tutorial said the game would make a folder in the flashpoint directory called CLIPBOARD with the coordinates for the camera. I have flashpoint version 1.90 if that is a problem.

So my problem is the game did not create a CLIPBOARD folder. So I cant camera script . If you can help me out I would be very happy ;D.

Thanks in advance.

it puts it onto the clipboard.  what i do is then use alt-tab to switch applications (keeping ofp running).  Go to a notepad and paste using control-V.

This will paste the camera's info into the notepad along with an inoperative line telling you at what time you took that shot.

That helps a ton. All this time I had the Ctrl button assigned to zoom in for the scope. ;D

Well now I can go make some good Intros.

Thanks guys.
