MP3 into .ogg file?

How do I convert an MP3 file into an .ogg file...? I'm sure this question has been asked near a million times but I'm in a bit of a hurry so I try the easya and fast way... ::) hope U don't mind...

 You'll obviously need some sort of convertor

 I always hear people talking about the Db Poweramp  I think it's called....

and I believe you can get it for free.....

If not.... do a search and I'm sure you can find a free convertor .. keep in mind you may have to convert the .mp3 to .wav first and then to .ogg

Click on Tools on the left side under Editing headline. There's dBpowerAMP Music Converter and the codec you need to convert music to ogg. ;) This is a great program and it always works for me. :)

I used goldwave to take it to a wave
sndrec32 to tweak the sample rate, if needed
oggenc to ogg encode it

I use soundforge 5.0.

I convert mp3 to wav and with oggdropper to .ogg

u can use cooledit2000 and cooleditpro to save it as a ogg
