I was wondering if it was posibile for an East not to kill a West unless the west is AWARE or STEALTH.

i hope that this is easy

You'll need a looping script.   Use the command behaviour to detect the behaviour of the loon in question.    Then do what you want:   setCaptive true/false is probably your best bet.

Maybe something like this.   Not guaranteed.

#loop
? not (alive loon1): exit
loon1 setCaptive true
? behaviour loon1 == "aware": loon1 setCaptive false
? behaviour loon1 == "stealth": loon1 setCaptive false
~3
goto "loop"

Some things: the Player character will never change formal behaviour from the one first set (i.e aware/safe) unless he has at least one man to command (ALL - safe/aware/stealth). But I'm not entirely sure about that either. You should research it. Just be prepared for some dodgyness if you're planning on using the player in your script.
