How come my chopper still sees the move waypoint even if (the condition is: play1 in helo && play2 in helo) the condition in the condition field is not met?

The chopper see the waypoint, but the waypoint will not tick off untill the condicion is met..
So the chopper will not move on to the next waypoint untill the condicion is met
