Official Islands and their Airports

Is there any particular position that an AI plane should be to land on an airstrip?

I'm having trouble getting the AI to land on the main Airport in Nogova.

I also tried the official planes like the Su-25 and the A-10 and they just circle around.

Help! :-[

I used to have the same problem with Everon, but not as bad.
I could even get cpt.Moore's C-130 to land. (Two of them in group).

Also, can the AI land from either end of the airstrip?

There is at most one working airfield per official island.      Put a waypoint on the runway with a land command in it and everything should work out fine - let the aircraft figure out its own approach.

I have seen posts about a troublesome C130 so there may be a problem with the addon.

Planes will land only in one direction.  (I think)
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play

I don't think it's the Cpt.Moore C-130.  That one's just fine.
As far as the waypoint's go, I've tried putting either a GetOut or Unload or Unload Transport waypoint (with and without the myPlanename land "Land" command).

I've tried putting the waypoint in the middle of the main Nogova runway, and also close to the southern end.

I've even had the waypoint in the middle of the airstrip, and preceded by another Move waypoint just to make sure the plane is aligned on approach. But it still won't land.
I've left the computer alone and let it circle, and eventually it (the plane) crashes.

If anyone has a mission where they have an AI plane land at the Nogova main airport, could you please send me the coordinates of the different waypoints as well as the waypoint specs (ie: careless, column, never fire, etc).

Thanks.

When an AI reaches a getout WP, it receives/gives disembark orders. Until then, its no more than a move waypoint. It would seem logical to assume the AI will know to go into landing mode when a getout WP is triggered, but this isn't the case. It has to reach the waypoint first. So, a logical course of action would be to figure out where the ILS navpoints are on the map, and put the getout WP close to the first navpoint. Once an AI plane has an order to getout or Land, it flys the navpoints much the same as if you were to use the "autopilot landing" when you're flying. On Nogova, the first one is over the water south of the runway, so i'd put the getout WP over the town of Vidlakov, and move waypoints at the airfield where you want the AI to walk after it disembarks.
