Getting units to get inside a tank. . ?

I have three tank crew memebers standing by an empty tank. They are not grouped, and each of them has there own waypoint. Each waypoint is the sames, open fire engage at will, limted speed, and behaviour safe. In the on activation field I have the switchmove command so they appear to be talking. I want to set a trigger, that once any west solider,vehicle, etc is detected the crew memebers jump into the tank. What is the easiest way to do this. I was thinking about grouping them together, syncing a get in waypoint with the trigger. However when I grouped the three crew memebers together, two of them ran off, and I was not able to get the effect I wanted (their formation was set to none). If anyone knows the easiest way to do this, that would be great. Thanks in advance.....

well mkae the 3 as a group but dont put them in formation and then on the waypoint AFTER the one thats linked to the west detected trigger,  have this in the OnActivation box

man1 assignAsCommander tank; man2 AssignAsDriver tank; man3 assignasGunner tank

assuming the tank is named "tank"
and that the men are named man1/2/3

if you need an example i could do a quick one, but not including the switchmoves just the waypoint setup example

I would have them on hold waypoints while they do their talking thing.    Synch the switch trigger to those hold waypoints, then use Join/Join and lead followed by Getin
waypoints.     If you synch the trigger to the Getin they will immediately head for the next waypoint after that, which is no good.
