drive-by shooting cutscene

Have a russian soldier standing on guard by a door.

Have the camera point at a gamelogic.

Have a car (one of my unnofficial van addons) pass the guy.

While passing the russian soldier, play an AK-47 sound (how do u do this?) and setdammage 1 to the soldier.  This is all done when the van is passing the soldier.  

The van drives away, and ruskie is dead.
