It is an easy question, but I doubt ill find it anywhere unless I spend an hour looking maybe im slow.. anyway

I just want to know how to get a units arms on his head, when I use the setcaptive he wont get shot at, but it is not as cool without the (being arrested) look

Try the following:

bob switchmove "FXStandSur"

For "FXStandSur" you could also try the following moves:

FXStandSurDead    
FXStandSurDown  (Stand and put hands behind your head)
FXStandSurUniv  (Hands behind your head surrendering)

put these into a trigger or work em into a script
