noob question-How to set my radio voice as a russian voice?

Hey I heard u should open userinfo.cfg in my folder and i did it. I found this line speaker="Dan"... That is the radio voice... I heard you can have a russian voice.. what should I do? Thanks

That doesn't help but thanks..... Forget this speaker thing... Just explain me how to have a russian voice radio!!! I was playing multiplayer last day and a guy was using a ruskie voice! What do I have to do to have one too? Thanks
