creating in game cut scenes

having problems getting cutscene to be activated with trigger
trigger will activate scene but it always plays like an intro first
ie  instantly ?

You're going to have to explain a little more young man.
I have no clue what you mean.

Hey shark.

KTottE is right. But, if you mean that you want the cutscene to fade in as opposed to what you described...
Then put this in the script or in the "activation" field of
your trigger  titlecut ["","black in",5] change the number
to suit your needs.
