Ground Textures

Hey guys i cant get any ground textures to show up..... i want to use res ones and the ground  is all white when i try to put the textures in.  Any solutions?

No textures in bulldozer or ingame?

not sure about ingame i havent managed to get it in game yet.  But it doesnt show up in bulldozer.

Put the paa textures files in the directory as setup in the preferences?

They are...They are in Z:\O.pbo and the preferences says Z:\ . They show up when i go to the tool thing where i have to type like grass and then pick out the file just not when i place them on the map.
