<unit> action[<action>,parameters]

where do you find a guide similar to the official or unofficial command reference (neither tell you) that tells you the parameters and proper usage of the particular action?

Ones, for example I have trouble setting up are:

<unit> action["STR_ACTION_WEAPON", ] to get out (switch) weapons
<unit> action["STR_ACTION_MAGAZINE", ] to reload a weapon

There is an entire list of these actions in the unnofficial command reference, but   IT DOES NOT TELL YOU HOW TO SET THEM UP
