Would sombody give me a tranparent texture to look at

That is semi tranparent when convertet in to .paa.

The blue is semi-transparent,  the black bars are opaque


To use, convert to tga and then texview it

Thanks but what I was looking fore was a Photoshop file like a window that when converted in to a 32bit Tga file would be semi transparent in OFP because I have tride to make a transparent texture from a toturial but I can't get it to work so I thort if I could look at what another had made that worked I could see what I did rong.
It has to be a Photoshop file!

well, you cant upload psd (photoshop files) to this site. You can, however, open the gif in photoshop and then convert. (gif is only multi-layered image file (transparent requires layers) that can be put on this site)
