Hands dammaged

Is there any way to simulate the inaccuracy that you have when your hands are dammaged?

Of course without having to modificate any model of weapons, etc, etc. Just in the editor, with a command.

Here's what the official comref says:

handsHit soldier
Operand types:
    soldier: Object
Type of returned value:
    Number
Description:
    Check if soldiers hand are hit (inaccurate aiming).

Example:
    handsHit leader player


Maybe you can set it manually (can't test it, i'm at work).

player handshit = 0.5
or: handshit player = 0.5

probably you will get an error about reserved variable,
if so then it doesn't work with that handshit way.
