hi,
 can anybody tell me how to make a waypoint wherein when you board the vehicle the AI(not in your command) in it will move to the next waypoint automatically?

Try using a GET IN WP synchronized to a MOVE WP of the unit .  The unit will have to wait for you before it moves on .  :)
