Condition of Presence

I want to make it so that when i kill a person named "Jim" (Jim is on the East's) that "Peter" (West) apears
Can any one please tell me how to do this.

You need a trigger:-

Condition:    not (alive Jim)
On activation:   "SoldierWB" createUnit [getMarkerPos "barracks", grp1, "this addweapon binocular; Peter = this", 0.75, corporal]

Look up creatunit in the command ref to understand what all the bits mean.
