dexterity variable

What does it do? I've been trying to find a way to reduce the manuverability of my machineguns to make it seem like they're heavier  but I can't seem to find any variable that governs that. Sort of how shoulder fired weapons move slower for example.

It looks like the dexterity variable does control how long it takes for the weapon to meet the cursor's position, so it's somewhat good for simulating extra heft... however you still turn really fast, I'm wondering if there is a way to apply a variable that limits your turning speed as well when using a gun....
