Making units stay in a vehicle under fire

Does anyone know how to make a group of infantry stay inside an APC or Truck, even in the APC/Truck is under fire? Everytime the convoy comes under fire the idiot infantry dismount and try to get back in...it's killing me.

I'm trying to get the infantry across a bridge, because we all know ofp AI sucks at crossing bridges under fire.

If the vehicle is damaged to where it won't move, they're going to get out of it no matter what.
