How to make a unit jump out of a plane that can carry units?

unitname action ["eject",planename]
unitname unassignvehicle planename

try to put those into a trigger or what ever on activation field.. or better yet, in a script.

You could follow Artak's example or try something else... I suggest you read this post and apply it to your mission.
