Although I know very little about scripting, I would try using "cargoswitch2" in place of  "cargoswitch" like so:

     [chooper, player or empty vehicle] exec "\BAS_Cargo\loader.sqs"; this animate ["cargoswitch2",0.5]


As I do not have this addon, I cannot try this myself.

Ok, thanks to Hesus, here's how to start the MH-47E with KLR's in cargo:

;klr in cargo

[mh,klr] exec "\BAS_Cargo\Crate.sqs"; mh animate ["cargoswitch2", (mh animationphase "cargoswitch2")+0.1]; mh animate ["cargoswitch",0.05]

All we need to know now is how to get an ungrouped loon to para-drop the jeep/crate at our position ??? (Bearing in mind u have to get the chopper to 'Hold' first then para-drop) :)
