Where do I put the squad.xml and the rest of the squad files?
It's not a question which can be answered by the tutorials.

I've read the Squad.xml tutorial by ICEBREAKER thrice, or maybe more. But he didn't listed where to put the files.

put the files on your webspace , the files location should be the same location listed in your squad xml box in OFP.  

lets pretend your site is called www.pretend.com/pretendclan/   so when upload your files to that directory and call the XML details from here by placing the correct path in the Squad XML text box in OFP , that path will be
www.pretend.com/pretendclan/squad.xml
