adding empty vehicles

i tried looking on the ofpec site on how to add empty vehicles using the editor but i havent found anything. i know it's probably something real simple but i cant figure it out.

Easiest way is this...

1. Create a solider and have you as the player
2. Go create another character and you will see empty as an option
