I've been browsing hundreds of faqs, forums, articles, tutorials, but somehow i have been unable to find even a mention of this problem :
No ground vehicle, even the Koenigsegg CC supercar with a 400 km/h speed in its config cpp file, the Porsche Turbo, the Ferraris, can get above 190 km/h. (Resistance 1.91).
Is there a max speed limit for every ground vehicle that is hard coded ? Is there a way to raise the limit ?
