Getting Resistance to shoot the civil police?

I've been trying for a while now to get resistance to shoot civilian cops.  I tried commandtarget, commandfire, etc. but that didnt work.  Also tried changing cops to side"west" in mission.sqm, but that didn't seem to work either.  If someone one could help me out, that would be cool.

I just tried this:

civilian unit name=civy

resistance soldier name=r1


r1 dofire civy

r1 commandfire civy worked, too.

Group the cops under West group leader.   In the init field of this west loon write

deleteVehicle this

Syntax not guaranteed.   Make sure Res is not friendly to West.

Ok, the commandtarget, commandfire works with infantry, but seems buggy with a bmp.  Sometimes the bmp just drives by the cop, other times it targets a bare spot in a field 300 meters to  the right of the cop.  Dont know what the deal with that is.  And when you say hack the mission.sqm, what do you mean by hacking it?  Thanks for your help guys .

At the OFP.info site they have an addon for East and Res. police units. They are  currently on page 3 of the unit addon section. Hope that this will help. ;D
