simple order problem

Hi

Again a very simple question from me:  

In a group, I am "captain" and have some men. I want to give orders to them but they do not listen to me !

for example: I want them get "flank left" or mount into an empty plane, but they do not hear whatever I say.

They only listen to the waypoints that I put. like "move"

I know; you will say;  use "ordergetin" command or "assignascargo" command but suppose I put them wrong so the problem hasn't been solved yet.
