knowsabout side?

Is it possible to use knowsabout on a side? I know I could probably use a trigger and use the this list commands, but i still haven't figured out how to fully use them.

Like so if some east units knows about one of the vehicles in the convoy, the convoy will stop, and the 5t trucks will unload the soldiers.

Make a trigger detected by east and activated by west. ;)
