My Bulldozer Problem

Every time i open oxygen... bulldozer starts to open and then I get this message:

Cannot create 3D device:
  Adapter0 (Intel(r) 82810 Graphics Controller) Windowed
  Resolution 1025x754, format R8G8B8/D16, refresh 0 Hz
  Error D3DERR_INVALIDCALL

Any Ideas/ thoughts about what I could do about this would be appreciated.
