WOW! :wow:

Nice work there...
Looks like one of the better (on the edge of saying best, but... ;) ;D) islands I've seen since WRPedit came out.

How long have you been doing this?
Why haven't we heard anything about this!... explain yourself! ;)

Seriously thats one heck of an island!

Waterman. :)

BIG THX for the great response!!! Well, IÂ've forgotten some things, as your questions show.

1. started 1 week after WRPedit came out.

2. @ Marksman:  I haveÂ'nt done the airstrips yet. I just tested them myself with all planes available. They are long enough (you need to pull up very early on the desert-airfield ;) ). If there are any problem making them work,IÂ'll contact you. THX (both airstrips are facing north, by the way)

3. Sarugao is done on this system:

Athlon 900 Mhz
GeForce 2 GTS 32
256 MB Ram

it will only need OFP Version 1.49 (use 1.75 for best performance- it looks great having these watereffects)

4. Yes, there are about 100 new textures, but no new buildings or plants. I just used objects from Everon, Malden and Kolgujev, so that Sarugao can be used on every system ( I hope so  ;)  ).

5. The file will weight about 3 megs, compressed using OFP (otherwise it would have about 5 megs) So, itÂ's small and worth to keep it on your harddrive CBFASI.  ;D

ThatÂ's all for now. Cya

the fact that added objects like fences show on helicopter radar up as buildings, white, yellow dots......it sucks ass.
anyone know how to make them neutral that they wont show on radar at all ?

Can't wait to drive that other guy's Lincoln around on it.  8)

It's a "holiday Island", have you figured out why all the girls in OFP have "bowed" legs? :wow:

Have you ever noticed that the fat chicks get skinnier per beer? If not, you've never drank  ALOT of beer

Enjoy your Holiday and Ignore me, I'm just looking for an Ashau Valley map to kill commies ;)

Awesome textures, neat features like canyons, fords, and roads cut through forests.

I had a blast just cruising around in Mechanic's '69 Mustang - the scenery is great.

One of the best islands ever made!

Thx to everybody who likes the island... ;)

@Nixer6

So thats your idea of a good soldier??? Just drinking beer and looking for girls?   ;D ;D

By the way: There is an addon available that adds some very very nice ladies to Ofp. Perhaps someone can come up with a sweet "holiday-mission". ;)

I like the Island alot, one question.

Are you making one that is for 1.75? Using the new buildings and bridge? That would be awesome, and it would really make your island the best one out there.

This is the best island I have actually ever played. I came across it here the other day and haven't left the mission editor nor this island yet.

Heck I would go as far as saying that this island should be on the next offical addon pack if there is one. I love the way the whole thing is set up.
