How do I make a waypoint for a specific member of a squad?? ???

don't think you can, but try doing this: make a trigger, give the guy you want to have the wp name. then make a gl or something like that and put in the trigger (which is whoever-you-want present) name domove getpos glname

You can't.

It is a fundamental principle of OFP that groups follow waypoints.   Individual soldiers do not.   (Unless of course the group contains only one soldier.)
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play

Well then is there any way to make a squad member(not the leader) to go a different squad like in the mission Ambush?

You can override a group's waypoint : for instance, if mysoldier belongs to mygroup, and mygroup is assigned waypoints, mysoldier can leave his group if you use "commandmove".
mysoldier commandmove getpos whatever
Beware ! Once the soldier's reached his destination (i.e. whatever), he will join his group again.
