« on: 07 Apr 2003, 02:21:04 »
Hello,

I was wondering that is it possible to secure mission pbo. so that it can't be opened with any programs?

Thank you for any answers.

I don't know of any way.     (But if I did, I wouldn't tell you anyway.)

BIS are happy to share their missions - why aren't you?

It's not that I necessarily want to close my missions. Just wanted to know if it's possible. I remember that some missions which I tried, didn't opened with depbo and figured that there is some program to do this.
Thank you for answers.

Some of the older de-pbo utilities didn't always cope too well ... we all suffered similar problems at one time or another.    Official missions were "encrypted", which meant that some utitilities could not deal with them completely.

Amalfi's un-pbo 1.5 (in the Ed Depot) copes with everything I've asked it to do, including opening official campaigns.    There are others just as good.
