example island.pbo to use?

does someone know if one of the third party island pbo's is simple enough to unpack and replace with my own .wrp and so on.. and then making that back to pbo with my island in it? or is there an island included with some manual etc? i have the cia manual but the link to an example island in it doesn't seem to work

Yeah, just use my piece of sh$t Wartorn from back in the day, it'll work for that.
