I havent tried it yet but peeps are saying its a bad rip of Evis's mustang.  Vit has a knack for retexturing other ppl's work without changing the class names.  BTW u can get it at ofp-zone.de

The P-51, the Spitfire, AND the Macchi M.C. 202 are all on the Engineer page. Just go to the files section and you should find them.

I think all of them are pretty good........for betas.

well the P-51 isnt a beta, i would never release something that unfinished as a beta...(i didnt actually say it was a beta or anywhere near finished, i gave up working on it when i got swamped with other things and gave it to someone...who uploaded for some other people to play with then someone from ww2ec got the p51)

Hmm, well I currently have 5 planes:
Marcels C-47 (American/Allied)
Evi's P-51D Mustang (American/Allied)
VIT's Spitfire MkII (British)
VIT's Mettersmicht BF109 E3 (German)
VIT's Macchi M.C. 202 (Italian)

Well people make planes and bombers I reckon they should use Gimbal's plane AI cos all these new planes are crap: they dont attack each other. No Battle of Britain!!!

When will Marcel release his P-47 Thunderbolt, he made it ages ago and still hasn't released it. He has also made a JU-88 and Ju-87 (Stuka dive-bomber and Junkers transport plane)

Hey Evis, I know what your saying. but no one has said it's a bad addon. It's pretty good. I just refer to basically all addons with bugs as betas. Even most addons without bugs are betas as people usually tinker with them and release new versions.

If you have a problem with it being on WW2EC we can remove it for you. Just say the word. We are just trying to give people what they want, and they want a P51.

Hm, there is a problem with the Spitfire... it's not solid. The collision model is just fine, and it is damaged by explosives, but... no projectiles can hit it. Bullets go right on through it.

Ollie: What exactly do you mean by

I CANT USE THE FILES
?
Is it that you can't open the .ace files?(if so then you need winace as already mentioned or a serious compression untility such as pentazip which will handle anything) or is it that like me you have stuck the files in the right places and nothing shows up anywhere(unless of course they are listed under the empty catagory) appart from 3 new entries for "PLANE" under the west side which turn out to be versions of the hawk, AMX and tornado but with 8 mavricks each(this may of course be completely unrealted to the spitfire/Me109/MC202).
