How to change file format

Does ne1 no how 2 change a sound file into an ogg file so that I can play it in an OFP mission, I have some custom voice files I want to use, but they're in .wav files ?? Can ne1 help?

You can download a program called dBpowerAmp Music Converter which can convert .ogg files and other formats.

You may need also to download a codec for .ogg files
Codecs are also available for download at the same place.
