Newbie Looking For Best Missions and Utilities.

As someone coming back to OFP after about a year of playing it (waiting for the Game of the Year version to arrive from Gamesmarket.com.au) I was hoping for some direction in terms of the best available single player and co -op missions doing the rounds plus any very helpful utilities etc....basically to actually search web sites for this stuff is tiresome and its hard to make a objective decision about what to download  - so could anyone give me some suggestions please?

best missions is a personal opinion telling you which ones are best is hard to do because one persons fav is another persons crap
