hmmm... I dont know where to put this, but i guess it goes here...?

How could I change what the main menu looks like? for example, I saw some screens of a mod that changes the look of the main menu...

I'm not sure on this one, so don't trust me, but there are probably many menu files for each thing like underlining. They are probably in one of those pbo files in your dta folder, but getting it to work could be tricky.
