I know how to write briefings, but how do i put this briefing into a mission ive made?

Put the briefing.html file into the mission folder.  

C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\Users\yourname\missions\thisMission

Then you can look at it by holding down the shift key while you click on Preview in the mission editor.
