Can you use the scud to attac with it's rocket?
(only got cold war crisis)

The Scudlauncher in Ofp is not ment to attack. It is just a cool thing that simulates a Scud launch. But you can camcreate some explosives after the scud have been fired so it looks like the scud have hitted it's target...
