Wather question

I am making Midway island and whould like to know how to edit the wather as sand bottom colored like one in pacific oceans are? i know editing some alpha channel is how to do it but dont know exactly how to do it?

You would have to find and edit those textures (two I think) that make up the ocean? That would be the way...I think. Try it and see :)

Would it be possible to make a transparent water texture to simulate clear water????????? :)

there must be more then one texture its only transparent as the closest cell from the beach and go level by level light blue

The water resides in Anims.pbo, and isn't a .paa or .pac file.  :-\

isnt all the textures are pac or paa format, i know its in anime.pbo, ill allready unkrypted the file but seems that bis dont whant to open them besauce there was another pack and it was some strange format cannot open it, but let me put it another way i whould need that addon or texture or what ever it is in another color could u do this? ;)

I would imagine that since it is animated it is probably an object of some sort...but who knows....BIS do some strange things. Why don't you ask on the official forums.....one of the developers might give you an answer :)
