In need of a basic & advanced trigger tutorial

Hey, I am making a single player mission to start off with ut I need trigger tutorials and other assorted tutorials I have looked at ofpec but I can't find a trigger tut, there used to be one ages ago but I can't find it.

What I am trying to do atm is have a squad of reinforcements move from one position to another by me using a radio command.

There is also some very basic things I need to know, like how make make text come up at the start of the mission I did it once but forgot how and also how to have ammo boxes with all EAST weapons for example.
