AI Laser Designator question

how can i get my ai comarade to fire the laser designator?
it seems that he doesnt fire the ld to paint the target, im using a ld script made by Viriato, that when i fire the ld a lgb bomb is created and flyies into the target, but whenever my ai mate has the ld it doesnt work

any suggestions?
