Upgrade higgins ?

is it possible to make the higgins boat that marss made ramp go down just to add a bit more relisame to it or would it impossible

I dont think it is imbossilbe cos there is alot of stuff being made that has moving parts to it such as the new kkb gate tht can now go up and down and that HMMVW that will be able to open doors and bonnett so I dont think its imbossible
