Weapon Draw

Does anyone know how to make a unit detect if an enemy (infantry unit) has it's weapon drawn or not. This could be very useful in hostage negotiations etc. Any ideas? :-\

There was some kinda discussion of this a while ago. DonÂ't know if they suceeded, but you could try to search the forums.
