How 'bout making this "Vehicle" ?

A stretcher to ferry wounded.

It would belong in the "Car" or "Support" class.
It would have a "Driver" holding the front of the stretcher, and a "Commander" holding the back of the stretcher.
With room for one "Passenger/Cargo", namely a wounded patient.

It's better to just make the mini/maxi ambulance versions of the HMMWV
