Making Face Addons

How do i make face addons? All I want to do is put a few jpgs into one addon. Is there a tutorial for this?

How do you use custom faces for AI. Faces within game can be used but I have found that only a custom face for the player can be used.  What gives?

That is possible i think.
Ive seen somewhere that theres a piece of code you put in the AI soldiers init field when you place them in the editor.
You put the faces in the mission folder, then put the code in the init field saying which .jpg to use.
