My first Addon

Hi all!

Can annybody help me?!?

I'm making my first addon - an Oldtimer - for WW2 OFP style.
But I've got a problem.

I've got nice pictures for the wheels from photos but they look nice when the wheel dosn't turn, because the refections of the sun are horizontal.

Now i made an inner circle that should not turn while the outer ring schuld turn as usual. But than i've put it into game and the working dampers let it look worth.

My question: can I definy that inner circle like a Wheel that move up and down like the real wheel but not turn?
