Alarms

Simple Question:
When you place an alarm under sounds in the misssion editor, it rings from the start of the mission onwards.  Is there a quick way to start an alarm when a trigger is activated and not from the start?

What do you mean?

I have a trigger, West Detected by East.  Do I synchronise this with the alarm or what?

I think there must be an alarm sound object.... don't use it.   Use a trigger, activated as you will.     Click on "Effects" and then find Alarm in one of the drop down boxes.

Use variables if you want to switch the alarm on and off.
Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play
