The best de-pbo tool?
« on: 05 Mar 2003, 05:30:07 »
I am trying to find the best tool to use to de-pbo mission, and campaign files. I have posted a topic on this forum where some of the pbo's I de-pbo'd looked like jibberish. Could someone post a link to a de-pbo tool that works well with mission, and campaign pbo's. Thanks in advance......

Hallo,

IMHO (because as Armstrong pointed out, this is a personal decision), if you have Microsoft .NET (all XP Computers have it). take the

OFPManager

out of the Editors depot. I have proved it, it is the "OFP DEPBO for Dummies (like OFP Mission Reviewers) Tool" Graphical User Interface, very easy handling.

Give it a try.

If you just want to unpack/unencrypt pbo files then PBOExtractor is the best one.
