Stand up in a vehicle

ok i know the get in/get out thing with vehicles but is there a way to make a command that allows you to stand up and walk to the rear of a plane say c130 or the chinook for a more realistic approach at the halo or jups it would be neat IMO if it is possible i know ya can go into them but then ya fall out when it moves

You would have to do some cargo proxies here, the OpSciFi TH will perhaps have the feature, although you will have to stand up after landing...
